This all ground floor cottage has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture and a shared children’s play area on the cottage complex. Home Stead Cottage is a wonderful base for your holiday. LPG central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture. Shared children's play area on cottage complex. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Beach is accessed via owners land on tended pathway suitable for pushchairs. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 10 cottages and 4 apartments. It works on a weekly rota system, where each property gets 6 x one hour exclusive slots across the week which will be allocated in a folder on arrival.

If you plan to arrive with any of the above, there is alternative parking opposite the properties, just off the main site (it is still covered by our CCTV) This is available by prior arrangement at a cost of £20
